  • Eat right.
  • Make time for a little exercise.
  • Utilize relaxation techniques viz yoga, breathing, meditation.
  • Take out time for yourself.
  • Spend time on your hobby.
  • Introspect.
  • Make out time for your family and near ones.
  • Set realistic goals.
